A Perfect Sunny Day

Jonathan & his son Abel experienced another great day of fishing today. They started off with pike and walleye and managed to land a bunch of good ones. With the weather cooperating, for a change, they were treated to an almost perfect summer fishing day.
Late in the morning we switched it up and changed over to bass and eventually sturgeon. Both species were once again landed, making this an incredible father & son outing. They were only able to take one high end, barely legal walleye home with them, as everything else was above the size limit. Not a bad thing, but it would have been nice to get just one more keeper today!
