Queen is King

I fished for King Salmon on Lake Ontario for 3 days with my wife Christiane & a friend, Rick. The fishing was slow but very rewarding with wire lines & downriggers being used. Trolling flashers & flies on the wire & J-Plugs on the riggers accounted for the 10 or so fish hooked up. The largest salmon went around 25 pounds & the others ranged from 12 to 20 pounds. All in all, a great time with the weather cooperating quite well. The air temps were in the 60’s to mid 70’s most of the time making this experience on Lake Ontario a very enjoyable weekend trip.
